We accept returns on products purchased through our website provided that:

– The request is made within 7 days of delivery

– The products are unused, unworn, and in original condition

– All packaging is intact

– Proof of purchase is provided

 

We do not accept returns for:

– Used or damaged items

– Items damaged by misuse

– Clearance or final sale items

– Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a trackable courier service. We are not liable for lost return shipments.

Request a return first. Once approved and received, we will process an exchange. Additional shipping costs may apply.

 

  1. Refund Process

Refunds are issued 5–15 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it at no cost.

Used items, items without packaging, and customized items cannot be returned.
